Data Analyst and Program Assistant - for Start mid August 2025
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst and Program Assistant to join our team.
As a Data Analyst and Program Assistant, you will provide flexible part time analysis of technical data and administrative support and assist in the coordination and execution of project implementation and development.Create Innovation Solutions Ltd. works with leading power network companies and universities on leading edge active electricity network technologies for a net zero future.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is familiar with data analysis, web services, project management, small teams and enjoys working in a flexible way, with a mix of home working and support work in Rudgwick, West Sussex with occasional meetings at customer and project partner’s UK sites.
``Duties``
Ideally you will have experience of data analysis ans machine learning, involving large volumes of data using Excel and Python and programme management of multi-party development projects with large organisations, and of the associated support activities that may include:
- Preparing technical reports and user guides, setting up and maintaining databases and system settings, responding to system messages and providing first level help desk services.
- Preparing schematics, maps, diagrams and graphics
- Assisting in the user testing of websites and software
- Preparing and distributing program-related communications, reports, and presentations
- Maintaining program documentation and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Updating the Create website, preparing presentations and papers, coordinating conferences, stands, publications and flyers
- Provide general support to the program team as needed
- Flexible Hours and times to suit by agreement
``Qualifications``
- Data analysis, machine learing and visulaisation, involving large volume of data using Excel and Python
- Well versed in MS Teams and MS office suite and Python
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records
- Familiarity with project management software
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Some of the activity is located in a rural village on the Surrey/Sussex border so own transport would be essential.
